I only really discovered this place when I had grandchildren despite it being more or less on my doorstep. It is quite unique being charming and delightful. My grandchildren are aged 4, 2 and 1 and love going there. They love the play areas and animals which roam freely in the Animal Park. I have a season ticket and intend... More

we first visited back in 2009 after living in Wales for 2 years. we went with family friends and to be honest we found it boring. as the other couple were rushing around to see everything. and to be honest didn't give us time to see things we wanted to. so we decided to go again on our own. and... After seeing other reviews I wasn't expecting our 14 year old to be impressed but we were all pleasantly surprised and had a very enjoyable day. From the smallest cinema made from an old railway carriage to the massive working water wheel at the mill there was a lot to see between. It was lovely to see ancient skills being... More

The Gower Heritage Centre is a nice little location, but is a little expensive for what it is. There isn't all that much to see (although it's surprisingly big when you get inside), but what it does have to offer is very interesting though and can keep you occupied for quite a while. The staff have always been friendly whenever... More

The centre is looking a little past it's sell by date. Although it is fantastic to see a working water mill and have a small farm for youngsters it all looks like it could all do with a lick of paint. The one major thing in its favour is Rogan Glass - the gentleman who obviously loves his work and... More

My wife and I stayed at the Three Cliffs Lodge for 3 nights at the end of August and we had a lovely stay. The lodge is small but plenty big for us and our two puppies. The lounge area is comfortable with sky free view TV and there are two doors leading to 2 small but quaint patio areas.... More

This is a surprisingly big place that looks small from outside. It has some interesting little buildings and under canopy area but I was put off by the staff some of whom were dressed up but looked bored, fed up and all were generally unfriendly. Needs a revamp

"KeepDrivin!" You fool open your mouth and ask why my! The red Lorred amazon parrot was in the small cage!! Instead of attacking the parrot Sanctuary with a horrible review! It's his travel cage I drop him in whilst I stay camping so he spends time with his own kin!! And is happy as are all the other parrots that... More

Stopped off and paid nearly £30 for a family ticket. What rubbish! Depressing tat, yes the mill was quite interesting. But that's it. Parrots in the dairy (why?) look like they need someone to rescue them as they were in small cages, pulling feathers and looked so unhappy. That ruined my day. It's just plain cruel. We had a meal...
