Unexpected day out at the museum. Children worked together to decipher the clues for the treasure hunt. Really enjoyed ourselves. Nice couple of hours out without costing a fortune.

Some very interesting exhibits and definitely worth a visit, but some exhibits are in tall glass cabinets and you have difficulty seeing them or reading the notes.

The National Waterfront Museum offers a glimpse of Swansea's past. I've said before that history isn't just about the great and famous, but the lives of ordinary people, and how they were affected by the changes brought about by innovation.

Quite a big museum but somehow I didn't find it easy to appreciate the items. Its free and some interesting exhibits so worth a visit, especially if you are interested in all things Welsh

Friendly and helpful staff, even with a terrorism lockdown . Comprehensive and wide ranging displays, some good interactive features. Useful cafe, lots of room, good views over the marina Good job, National Museum of Wales!

Free entry. Plenty of room to move around exhibits and a nice focus on all things Welsh. However, in striving to create atmosphere, there is insufficient light to read the plaques in most internal displays. Lift and steps connect the two floors. Close to closing...More

I enjoyed the wooden car,a novelty. We were here about an hour.saw some nice stuff.worth a look if you have the time. A cafe for refreshments.
