Always stop here for breakfast after family holidays before going our separate ways. Cheap breakfast but good quality at same time. Evening meals also offer value for money with a varied menu. Slightly noisy but a busy pub so only to be expected!

A cosy pub with a welcoming atmosphere. Wood paneling gave the place an old-fashioned feel. The highlight was the excellent food - the most succulent chicken breast dishes we have ever had in a pub environment! Meals were very reasonably priced and the taste outweighed...More

Not bad for roast dinner or an evening meal, not such a great selection for lunch time if you fancy lighter bites. Most of the staff are friendly enough. Nice pub for drink out with friends though

We had an enjoyable roast lunch here with the family one Sunday.. The specials in the week look good but i haven't tried them. For a fairly early lunch we did not need to book though maybe in peak season you would.

This is you quintessential British pub. Fish and chips, meat pies, and the requisite bar. Everything is reasonably priced and the fish was excellent. We ate here many times since the menu had so much to offer.
