Coasteering with RipNRock was a wonderful experience. We were a group in 4 in a group of roughly 15 participants with 2 guides and 1 trainee (our guess).
We initially thought that the 4 hours could be quite slow to get everyone to participate but there wasn’t a single second where we felt bored. They kept us entertained though out with many jumps and rock climbing.
We went during early September when there was a lot of rain and wind but this didn’t get in the way. The session went ahead and this actually made it a lot more fun because the swells of the water were bigger so it became harder to rock climb (would advise against small children participating in harsh weather) which was good for the more experience members of the group.
The staff (Daisy, Gavin and Adam) were lovely and very accommodating. They were very knowledgeable, reciting facts about the area we were exploring.
I would highly recommend the coasteering as a day out with friends and/or family!

This was the second time I have taken families out with RipNRock for my organisation and it's safe to say they all had a fantastic time. Clarity and the team worked super hard to find something suitable for the needs of the group and provided a surfing activity in an easily accessible area, which was perfect. All Covid-19 guidelines were handled well and didn't affect the amount of fun the children had.
Most of the group had never been surfing before but with Dave's expertise, humour and teaching they were all standing or kneeling on the boards in no time. Dave made everyone feel safe and comfortable in the water, they were laughing and smiling throughout. Despite there not being a lot of waves to surf on, the families loved the extra games such as raft building with the boards and running across them.
I really appreciate the time and effort it took for the team to organise this activity in an area they don't usually use. No doubt this is a fab memory the families will all remember for a long time, a much-needed day out after a hard few months. Thank you.

On our 4 day trip to Wales we planned an outing with RipNRock. We had a beautifully clear and crisp day for it however the activities would still be fun in the rain seeing as you’ll be getting wet anyway! Our Guide Rhys had an innate knowledge of the surrounding area, History, Foliage, Fauna and more personality than we’ve seen in any other guide which kept the trip interesting start to finish. He is very chilled out and makes you feel comfortable as if you’ve known him a lifetime, even 25ft over a gorge 3 seconds from jumping into a giant washing machine of water below. Don’t worry, you’ll feel safe the whole time, i promise. All activities were optional and nobody was forced to do anything outside their comfort zone. The COVID19 / CORONAVIRUS brief and countermeasures were extensive but did not hinder the fun one bit. RipNRock provides a truly top tier experience even for those not comfortable in the water. Me and My friends urge others if you’re reading: use RipNRock, ask for Rhys, have a blast and make a new friend. As a man that loves Nature and to see it thrive i’d like to mention that Rhys picked up every piece of litter we came accross and posted his findings on his social media after each trip to raise awareness (so people would take their damn rubbish home), that is something i personally will never forget. RipNRock is a great company, Rhys is a great guide, great local history, an outstanding and unforgettable day. Certainly 5 Stars, no doubt.

Couldn’t fault RipNRock from start to finish - excellent professional and slick booking process, making allowances for a couple of extra requests we made. The coasteering itself was a brilliant adventure and perfect for a stag group of mixed ability and confidence. Dave was a great laugh, as well as having an In-depth and incredibly confidence Inspiring knowledge of the coastline, tides and hazards. The adventure was worth every penny, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend RipNRock to friends or family, and to book again in future. A small family business with a passion for providing a great service. Thank you!

The guys at Rip’n’Rock were absolutely outstanding!!
I cannot praise enough their professionalism and safety all the while ensuring all 20 of us worked as a team, pushed our boundaries and built our confidence.
The experience brought the group closer and we encouraged and celebrated each other’s efforts in equal measure.
I can wholeheartedly recommend them for any team building, adventure training or confidence building….. or if you are simple looking to experience to outstanding natural beauty of the shower Peninsula
Thank you so very much

Booked a Coasteering event for myself and 2 teenage sons. Absolutely fantastic experience, despite the awful weather at the start of the day. Really well organised and our guide, Dave, was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic, guiding us from starter jumps to 9m high levels. We have done Coasteering before but this was by far the best we've experienced.
Can't praise the organisers highly enough. My boys rated it as a 9.5 out of 10, so if you can please and impress teenagers that much then you have got it cracked!
Thanks for a brilliant day.

We had an awesome family day out Gorge Walking with RipnRock. Our group ranged from 10 years to nearly 60 years old and the activity was safe and suitable for us all. I loved the little snippets of geology from our guide Rhys and foraging for edible plants on the short walks between the river. It had been raining heavily for a few weeks before we went so the water was high and wild, but I felt Rhys took the conditions very seriously and made decisions based on our safety. I would absolutely recommend Rip n Rock to everyone-we were buzzing for the rest of the day.

We went out on 2 adventures with RipNRock, coasteering and absailing, both were superb ! The absailing was run by Dave who made us feel safe and secure and gave us lots of local facts along the way. The location was outstanding, we were in a small group so had the time and attention to do things well. We all felt safe and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The coasteering was run by Adam, he made sure we enjoyed it without forcing anyone to do anything they didn't want to. We were encouraged to get the best out of the day, but there was always a "get out" if needed. We felt safe and secure in all we did and the location was stunning.
We all enjoyed ourselves immensely and would highly recommend RipNRock to anyone 👍

Wow!! What a fantastic family trip, Gorge walking/Canyoning with Rhys and Dav. Our little family group of six had very mixed ages and abilities but everyone completed every single challenge, including the grand finale - a 25ft jump into a waterfall pool.
Rhys knowledge of the local area was wonderful to hear and really added another layer to the trip. His gentle encouragement really helped the most nervous person in our group. Brilliant morning with stunning scenery, will definitely book again. Thank you guys 👍🏼

Booking couldn't have been easier and simpler, brilliant responses and information gave us confidence that we'd booked something special. And it far exceeded expectations, with the most down-to-earth, friendly and relaxed guide, incredible journey down, in, under through and over waterfalls, jumping into pools and swimming in rivers. We'd have paid double and still considered it the best-value, refreshing and exciting experience of our trip. Highly, highly recommended. Great job RipNRock, we will hope to see you again!
