    Great day out
Great day out with my children. Had been previously to a different venue and didn’t enjoy at all so thought we would try this one. Great atmosphere and lovely staff particularly a girl called Aisling. She went above and beyond and was so helpful with my children. We will definitely be back.

    Amazing Experience
We attended today as a community group and were well impressed by both the inflatacourse and the Ninja Park! All staff members were lovely and nothing was an issue for any of them! A special mention to Courtney,I think her name was,who was so lovely to all the kids and so supportive! Will definitly be returning again and found this to be fairly reasonably priced for a large group booking

    Skydiving expert!
Visited for my birthday! The guys Alex, Oisin & Tom were excellent. The skydiving is great fun, even if a bit difficult to get into the routine! Staff kept calm and instructed perfectly. Hopefully try again soon

    Fantastic! Give it a go!
I booked indoor skydiving at we are vertigo as a surprise for my partners birthday. We had a blast! I am not a fan of heights, as I am a big chicken, so I was just doing it for him really! But the instructors were so friendly, approachable, supportive and helpful the whole time. They just put us at ease. My partner was delighted as it was such a unique experience. A lot of kids go but adults are just as welcome. I couldn't recommend it more. All the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Give it a go, even if you're a chicken like me! It's well worth it!

    Great experience
A brilliant place to occupy the children on quite a sad time for our family. We took some time out to allow extended family to gel as we live in different countries. North of Ireland has a lot to offer and we had a great time here.

Visit Airtastic yesterday with a friend and 3 children. After 5 minutes my 9 year old daughter had to come off to get her coat as she was so cold. She was already frozen going on due to hanging around and watching the safety video beforehand. Even though she had her coat on she came off again in tears as her feet were freezing. My friend and I took her upstairs to the cafe and managed to get her a seat under one of the few suspended heaters. She was shivering and crying as her 2 friends were still bouncing and she had been so looking forward to this experience.
A member of staff, Gary, got her a hot chocolate to warm her up. He was genuinely 100% concerned about my daughter and did his best to cheer her up. I also spoke to Marcus re the coldness of the building who was also very approachable. In fact, the staff are all very helpful and friendly and I hope management realises that and appreciates that!
My advice to anyone thinking of going is bring a hat and scarf, also a heavy coat. It is an old warehouse with no heating and the roof is not insulated.
We will go back, but only when the weather is warmer.
I have rated it 3 because of the coldness but I definitely rate the staff that I dealt with 5.

A friend and I visited today with 3 children between us. The youngest child was nervous going in, Marcus was wonderful with her and went in with her. She soon forgot her gears and went on to have a great time; thank you Marcus.
The eldest child quickly succumbed to the extreme cold, it was around 4 degrees outside and probably a similar temperature inside. She said that even the inflatables were freezing and the cold coming from her feet made it difficult for her to bounce. We layered her up with extra socks and clothing, she even kept her coat on but had to come out after less than 10 minutes because she couldn't stop shivering. She was so upset as the three friends had been looking forward to this for a while.
We spoke to Gary upstairs, and he couldn't have been more apologetic. He was great with the child who by this stage was very obviously upset at physically not being able to join in with her friends due to the conditions of the inflata park, and he provided us with hit drinks. We found a table under a ceiling mounted heater, I think there were possibly 5 in the whole place, all of which heated an area of less than a square foot.
As we were leaving we spoke to a woman who was there with her son, she had Raynaud's disease and was in considerable pain due to the cold.
A great place, we would visit again, but not until the summer months.
Customer service was top notch but the lack of heating would stop me recommending this place to anyone until warmer weather.

Went here for the indoor skydiving and was very disappointed. We had a booking at 3.30 for a 1 hour time slot for the sky diving and arrived 20 minutes early as instructed. We were called in for the safety video at about 3.40 and then got dressed into the skydive suits. However, the group ahead of us were still completing the sky dive at 4.00 when they were meant to be finished. The people booked into the 3.30 time slot didn’t get to skydive until 4.30 when we were meant to be done. Personally I didn’t get to skydive until almost 5pm. I wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re short on time or in Belfast for a short holiday, it’s extremely poorly run with the timings. Once getting into the skydive chamber you only have 2 minutes in the air, when we were under the impression we’re have longer due to the hour time slot we paid for. The skydive experience itself was not worth the money and was quite underwhelming. Overall, I don’t think it was worth the money to spend 2 hours waiting for a very underwhelming 2 minutes in the air. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This was an awful dis-appointment and simply very difficult to justify paying £90 for. The session lasted one hour which consisted of a 20 minute briefing and 3 minutes sky diving time for each of my children. For the remainder of the time my two children sat looking on at the other 10 group members as they took their turns. How they can justify their prices and advertise the experience in such glowing terms is well beyond me !

We got there to go into the tunnel, 190 quid for 4 of us to barely skydive and only in there for about 2 minutes each. We barely got off the ground and then our time was up.

Realistically for the price you should be getting 30 minutes each minimum, enough time to learn how to do it and get a bit of a go. If not then drop the price, for the time you get it should be a tenner at the maximum

The reception area looks very tired and worn and could do with a deep clean. The information video is very short and didn’t explain how noisy the experience was going to be. Some of the overalls were ripped and most didn’t look as though they had seen the inside of a washing machine in ages. The viewing area was also filthy with mould growing on the ceiling, the windows were dirty, which made it difficult to take photos (we were told that the camera inside the tube wasn’t working), on top of that, the instructor in the tube was obscuring our view making it doubly difficult to get any photos. One of our party didn’t feel comfortable with doing the skydiving experience and was given one chance to make up their mind. No one else is our group was offered a second go (the two spectators were also ignored). We were also told that the instructor would give a demonstration of their skills at the end of our experience. This didn’t happen, as we were escorted away from the viewing area, so they could get the overalls, helmets and goggles back. This experience was not cheap and certainly didn’t offer value for money. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Easily found with plenty of free car parking on a Sunday morning. Then it went downhill. We are advised to arrive 30 mins before your start time. Why? We just sat around wasting time. When we booked our 3 kids, it stated that you get the equivalent of 2 12000 foot freefalls. We went in with a group of 14, the viewing area is pretty good, but very cold. Our kids went first and had a decent 2 min 20 sec experience each. (we have the timed video) The coaches were good, but then we sat around while everyone else had a go, thinking that we had another go. But no, that was it. Very disappointing. £100 for 3 off 2 min and 20 sec experiences is way too much in my opinion.

Helpful friendly staff, very professional. Lots to do for young and old, I thought I'd be stuck holding the coats and bags but I had a great time, will definitely recommend to other parents for future kids parties etc. Thanks!

This is based in an old warehouse, so don't be expecting luxury. That said, the staff were really helpful and attentive, and the children loved the Ninja course and inflatable park. I need to warn anyone, if they are going in winter and will be spectating (ie an adult) bring something warm to wear. The place has a vast ceiling and is freezing! There are a few halogen heaters dotted around the seating area but not really enough.

Absolutely brilliant experience. Really enjoyed the thrill of it. Easy to do. Instructors were as talented as they were fabulous. Went to venue, watched safety video and straight to the tunnel. Took it in turns of 2 “skydives” each, which was good as you had a better idea of body position on your second turn. Big of craic abd would definitely do this again in the future. A real treat.
