Matt was what made our day so perfect in Belfast/Northern Ireland. He offered great suggestions after he listened to our thoughts about where to go. He watched our time so we could see everything. He even dropped us at a local restaurant for lunch. The food was great at Market Square. We enjoyed our day with Matt. If you ever tour Northern Ireland or Belfast Matt is great with history of the area but made it interesting too. He even had first aid after I was stung by a wasp. It was a magical day!

I can’t not find the words to express how wonderful Steven our guide was. I knew he was going to be perfect for our group right from the start! He was so knowledgeable of the area and kindly accommodated every request we made!
He took me to the exact street my grandmother lived on in 1940s as well as her old church. If there was a question we had that he was unsure he made a phone call to make sure we knew everything we wanted!

Our tour guide drove us around Belfast and the Antrim Coast. We experienced Belfast Castle, Dark Hedges, Dunluce Castle, Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge and had a wonderful lunch at a seaside cafe near Ballycastle. Lastly, he took us on a tour of Belfast and educated us on the history of The Troubles then and now from his personal experience. We highly recommend this tour.

Honestly, I can't say enough about what an amazing experience this was. Our driver Frank is a history professor who gave us an amazing tour from our ship. In 8 hours we saw Dark Hedges from Game of Thrones, caught a glimpse of King's Landing from the film set, went to Ballinoty Harbor, Ballygally Castle - where we had tea and biscuits, Dunluce Castle, Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge and visited the Peace Wall. No way any ship excursion can offer all this. All along the way, we had a personal guide in Frank telling us the history of each place. His stories made us laugh and cry (in a good way). I have never seen my children more engaged and my parents enjoyed it too. Frank even had a bag of Tato chips for us, bottled water and homemade soda bread! I mean come on, talk about service. At the end of our journey, he also left us with some color copied print outs of a couple of the different areas we visited with the history he spoke to us about earlier on the tour. The best thing is having a private guide, he asked what was important for us to see. I didn't care too much about touring Bushmills, we drove by, but skipped it and spent more time at Giants Causeway and the Carrik-A-Rede rope bridge. We also enjoyed the GOT stuff since we watched the show. We were picked up and dropped off right infront of the port, and for the price we paid for 6 of us - there was just nothing on the ship as far as excursions that would've compared. Everyone must do this tour while in Belfast!

I had a brilliant tour of Belfast with Cruise Ships Tours Belfast. Really knowledgeable and friendly driver and we saw some incredibly interesting sights. As well as seeing all the usual tourist attractions, we learnt so much about the history of Belfast and real people. I can't recommend this highly enough. I will definitely use this company again when I return to Belfast - even for business travel as they were so reliable. Great car too!
