We needed to drop our luggage off while we looked around Belfast, and somone at the train station recommended the Visitor's Center. The staff were so helpful, the center had tons of souvenirs, and the even exchanged our money without a fee. Very good place to start at, and tons of insight into the city from the staff.

The Welcome Centre is a centrally located one stop solution for visitors, with knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff. Printed and digital information covering Belfast and the rest of Northern Ireland (and the Irish Republic) is available. Nice range of no-nonsense souvenirs may be bought here, and public transport provider Translink has its own information desk.

Had family from England staying for a week. The Centre is an excellent spot to take them to get information and souvenirs. Also able to book attractions. Staff knowledgeable and friendly.

The staff is outstanding. They have a counter that sells tickets to everything from the local bus to the opera, even stamps. Their transportation counter is the best. They can tell you which bus to take, where to stand to wait, and how many minutes away it is. Stopped in there many times, and they were all very pleasant.
