Took the kids here for the day as my 7 year old loves a visit to w5, they had a silent science show on which both kids really enjoyed. Although we had a great day I feel the admittance fee is a bit expensive and some if the displays don't work.

Always enjoy w5, very good facilities. Love how you can bring your own packed lunch and gift shop is very affordable which is a relief when you go anywhere with children. Only wish it was better supervised by staff as some children hog exhibits or push in front especially in smaller kids area which can be disappointing :(

I was a little reluctant to return to W5 because, despite loving it as a kid, I'm much older now and didn't know if it would still appeal to me. I'm glad to say it was just as fun as I remembered. I was surprised at how quickly the time flew in - it was near closing time when we... More

Rainy in Belfast wasn't too sure on what to do with 2 young kids. We thought we might be able to kill a few hours here at W5, but happily to be proved wrong as we ended up spending the entire day here. Lots to do for young kids and for them to expand their imaginations. Will 100% be back... More

This place has multiple levels just full of educational fun for the kids. We have been a few times now. The kids love this place. I don't mind taking them it can be quite expensive but they all learn at the same time it's a win win. One of the levels is great for the smaller ones with its water... More

We brought our two young children here when the dinosaur exhibition was on. It took us some time to find the dinosaurs and when we did we couldn't have been more underwhelmed. The area for younger children hasn't changed much since I brought my nephew to W5 about 12 years ago. Interactive activities that were fun then are now outdated,... More

Visited with a 6 and 4 yr old and we all had a great time. We played with displays as much as the kids did! Would recommend for all.

W5 is fantastic. So much to see and do. Really enjoyed everything there! Great fun and lots to learn without even knowing it! Give yourself plenty of time, at least 3 hours
