Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Two ships do not make a Maritime Festival
Very disappointing, visited on Saturday with my daughter & 3 grandchildren, there were a lot of people attending. And a lot of food/drink stalls.

We saw 2 bands, a mermaid with a pirate, another pirate on stilts. A couple dressed in the era of Titanic.

Only interactive thing for the children was a man & woman with bubble machine, we fully understand with covid there was no access to the 2 ships but thought at least the charge for The Nomadic could have been waived.

We have attended the 'Maritime' festival many times and had a brilliant day out. Shame someone didn't suggest, if we can't do it well maybe let's not do it at all.

Cross the Lagan at the big fish and turn left. A decent walk (when it's dry) along the river bank, past Abercorn Basin, SS Nomadic, Titanic Museum, Light, HMS Caroline and Thompson's Dock.
