Was a great experience overall! Wish the area was more clean and hygienic! Also the other thing was that people waiting to view their friends/family in the act need to feel warm and comfortable! People could develop cold hand, cold feet and few could have blood flow issues ( Raynaud’s)! So it’s crucial to maintain the minimum temperature!

We needed to change our booking time and Shirley could not have been more helpful. It was not too chaotic and things were generally managed quite smoothly. Kids had a great time, and loved being able to go to the viewing area for the other activities.

Really uninterested staff, especially in reception. She didn’t look up at us once while we checked in. Hardly any staff in the inflatable course. It all felt a bit unsafe. Luckily it wasn’t too busy for us and we had older kids in our group to help with the younger ones. The cafe was really dirty, I had to ask twice for the table to be cleared away and wiped. I couldn’t use the bathroom, it really was bad. The kids did enjoy the inflatable course, the ninja course was just odd. No staff interaction at all, they all stood at the side chatting amongst themselves. Most of the kids couldn’t do it (not just our group) and were offered no help, guidance or encouragement. It was an expensive day out and I don’t think it’s great value for money. Some staff training on how to talk to kids wouldn’t go a miss.
