Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We undertook this tour as part of a University student field trip focused on Northern Ireland and the 'Troubles'. We were keen to ensure we received an insight into perspectives drawn from all sides and that is what we got. This Museum is well worth a visit. The displays were clearly laid out and covered the range of history associated with Orange Heritage. The staff were friendly, approachable and the excellent guide provided information that was both informative and balanced. We will come again but we will need to add more time to the visit (at least 90 minutes) as there is so much to see and read.

the museum tour was absolutely outstanding and i cannot wait to return to show my wife and family around it.
the tour guide was informative, goodhumoured and basically liked the craic.
he was able to explain things without putting people into a coma.
our age group was from 8 to 85 and each and everyone was delighted with the tour and the guide, forgive me tour guide as i have forgotten your name!!!

We were a group of 16 adults, mostly senior citizens, and we very much enjoyed the tour of the Museum. We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff and our guide Sarah was extremely knowledgeable, engaging and good fun. Lots of very interesting exhibits, memorabilia and displays. We learned a lot! There were plenty of seats around the museum, a lift and level access. Thoroughly recommend a visit - and a visit to the cafe too, we had lovely scones, tray bakes and tea/coffee.

I attended a guided tour as part of a group of eight people on a Saturday morning. We all had an amazing experience with an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide, David Scott. I learned more about my history in the first ten minutes than I ever did in school. The artifacts were incredible and the whole tour was a really enjoyable and educational experience. Our party was made up of young and older people and we all thought the same.
David made it a very warm and personal experience and I would really encourage anyone who has never visited The Museum of Orange Heritage to get in touch to arrange a tour of their own. The shop was very good with a wide range of affordable gifts and souvenirs.
We finished off with tea, coffee and sandwiches from the Cafe at the Museum which were excellent. All in all a wonderful day out at a very affordable price.Well done everyone concerned.
