Historic and amazing golf that simply doesn't exist anywhere else. From the 9th tee you can see the Mornes and the Slieve Donard and the mist and the course in ways that defy logic.

Very special experience playing the number 4 course in the world. The seaside course is very difficult and penal because of the deep rough on both sides of the fairway. It's certainly worth playing because of the history. Having a caddy is a great experience.

Played last Friday with a member off the White tees. The course was in superb condition and fairways were immaculate. Finding the fairways is a must and you also need to be able to hit it 200 yards off a lot of the tees. Some...More

Really enjoyed playing this very playable golf course. My only regret is that it doesn't really have a lot of views of the Irish Sea due to the dunes. Normally, there are spectacular views of the Mourne mountains but the fog covered them the day...More

This golf course is a must. One of the best in the world and a scenic feast. Our trip to Ireland was culminated by playing the golf course. Would suggest the forward tees unless you are a very low handicapper. The caddies are extremely helpful...More

I w a s there in September so I suggest you call the course and ask as winter always presents challenges for places with nearly year-round play. No pun intended. :)
