We were staying in Newcastle to visit family and friends and came across this bar when were exploring early in our visit. The bar is located not far from Donnard Park down a side street. When you approach the bar you cannot miss what appears to be several bullet holes in a glass window next to the front doors. You... More

my partner and I had to wait 40 mins for a meal even though we were the only people in the restaurant. we sat over a jug of water with football on the only tv screen waiting to get fed.. my roast dinner was rotton, meat so tough and fatty I gagged twice. roast potatoes like rocks and mash like...
