Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Now it's been 25 years from l last saw the production of Buddy the musical.. open-minded l graciously accepted the gift of these tickets thinking it just couldn't be as good as the London production. My husband came with me .. he had never been to a show before and was quietly protesting that he wouldn't like it. Well we were both totally blown away .. fabulous venue, outstanding performance from out of this world musicians. Congratulations to the forum and the wonderful cast of Buddy .. the show was mind blowing... Loved every second.

The Millennium brings fabulous shows to the North West which we would otherwise have to travel to Belfast, Dublin or other larger cities of the UK to see. We have already been to see "We Will Rock You" and "Six" and have booked tickets to see "Strictly Ballroom". It is a lovely, intimate size and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It is a wonderful facility to have on our doorstep.

Re-visited the Forum to see Blood Brothers last week.
This is one of my favourite Theatres! The 'Derry Oak' interior leaves other Theatres feeling very clinical.
Staff are so friendly and accommodating.
The audiences in Derry far surpass any others in which I have participated. Their musicality and appreciation of the Arts is amazing.

We had the pleasure of working with the Millennium Forum to hold a large scale event on 16th & 17th January 2023 - Autism: Belonging & Inclusion in Youthwork Conference. During planning and in the run up to the event communication was prompt and nothing was too much trouble for Paul and the team. Over the two days we found the staff to be super helpful, friendly and more than attentive to the events team as well as speakers/facilitators and delegates. The catering provided was first class as was the technical support. Everyone went above and beyond and we would like to thank management and staff of the Forum for making it such an enjoyable and positive experience for all involved.

Smallish, intimate theatre so you are very close to the stage for a good view wherever you sit. Seating legroom adequate for the taller person. Would definately see a show there again.

Took grandchildren to this year's panto- Cinderella - yesterday, and was so disappointed. Previous pantos were excellent, but this one is full of sexual innuendo and thoroughly inappropriate language for young children. There were some excellent performances in the show but it was really spoiled overall by the antics and language of the two ugly sisters and Buttons. Even the safety announcement at the beginning just about stops short of telling the children to "Run like 'F' in the event of an emergency....it set the tone for many parts of the panto....really disappointed this year, Millennium Forum panto - don't think I would risk paying all that money for 8 of us to go back.

I attended an event last weekend in the millennium forum derry with a group which included 2 small children. The staff in the millennium forum were amazing. My daughter asked a staff member serving in the cafe if there was a quiet room where she could feed her baby. The girl took time to show her where there was a dedicated room for feeding and in addition showed us to a quiet room where there was loads of toys where her toddler could play. It made the day really enjoyable for us as we could take a break with the children in the quiet room for a time during the day. Many thanks to the staff there as each one we approached took time to help with our query and nothing was too much for them they make our experience there really enjoyable.

Great to be back at the yearly pantomime at the Millennium Forum in Derry. Place was packed and atmosphere was fantastic. All the C-19 measures were in place and made us feel safe. Everyone was wearing masks and using sanitizer.

The panto was great, our 6yr old was going crazy singing and dancing along. The jokes for the adults were there also and very funny. Great time had by all.

Thanks to the all the staff.
