Myself, my husband, daughter and her partner all had dinner and drinks here on a night out in Derry. All very reasonable and value for money.

Good Pub Fayre, tasty and piping hot. Reasonable prices and good portions. When a la Carte is not needed and good honest pub grub desired this is the place to head to in Derry.

I think this spot is ok for what it is, a cheaper start to the night than other bars and it's busy early doors because of that, the atmosphere can be stifled without music playing but if you're with your friends sitting round a table knocking back shots and the craics 90, then who cares about the ambience ;)

Mostly you get good cheap meals. English breakfast was excellent and some dinner meals come with a drink included. I was only disappointed on my last day when I ordered poached eggs Royale. Food was cold including the toast. It must have been made and sitting on the side. Certainly not freshly made as it arrived before I could get... More

Wetherspoons theme nights never fail to impress. My Dad and myself popped in for the steak night tonight and it was simply gorgeous. My dad prefers an aul spud to chips, and this substitution was no problem at all to our lovely server Frank :-) Medium means medium in Wetherspoons, which every fan of steak knows can be difficult for... We had some time to kill while waiting for our hotel room so popped in for coffee. What can I say it is a Wetherspoons just like evey other. Cheap cheerful and you know what you get. A few coffees later we had a local beer. It would be rude not to.

We had eaten often at the Wetherspoons in London, so we were very happy to find one in Derry near our hotel because we knew we would get good food at a good price to go along with our Guinness. The menu is more varied than what you find in most pubs, and there are daily specials.

It's okay for cheap drink...weird atmosphere and a very off aroma coming from the sticky carpet. To just sit have a few drinks and move on to another bar it's great..good to use as a meeting spot or for a large crowd.....

The food was great and very good value for money. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The staff were not busy yet we had to clean the table with our own wipes and the menu was as sticky as jam. This is essentially a pub which does food, not a restaurant which server drinks. The menu is over... More
