Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

great scenery staff very pleasant but not always attentive ,depends how many people are in café to determine if clean table or not. service prompt and friendly food normally good but sometimes to much dressing on side and within the main entrée.( too much mayo at times makes the food too hard to eat and enjoy )
Love the place love the staff but please ,please clean tables and surrounding floor area when required

The Arts Centre is fantastic as a venue for acts but can be quite expensive to book and tickets are sometimes quite pricy for a country venue.

The staff are always friendly and courteous.

The Café upstairs had wonderful views of the river and on good weather days, you can sit outside on the top level. The food is lovely, good portions and well presented with friendly and capable staff ,

Just visiting Omagh for a few days and was hoping to explore the town and surrounding areas so naturally went into the Visitor Centre.
Picked up a couple of leaflets but spotted one behind the counter that looked like it might be what we were looking for..
My partner approached the lady behind the counter and asked for the leaflet. She was on the phone and staring intently at a computer screen.
After a few minutes she hung up the phone and broke away from the screen and told my partner she would just be a minute. After several more minutes she was back on the phone and completely ignoring my partner.
We walked out. I don't think the lady even noticed or cared.

This is a lovely intimate venue. No matter where you sit you will have a great vies and experience. I have been twice recently, once to Phil Coulter and the other to comedian Jake O’Kane. Both excellent performers but the venue definitely suits also. I would like to see a decent bar though.
