Really enjoyed ‘The Heist’, our Locked Room puzzle game today. Lots of different kinds of puzzles to solve, physical & mental. Very well designed with several brilliant surprises. Holly, our Games Master, made sure it didn’t get too frustrating by giving us a couple of clues when we got stuck. Time passed very quickly & we had a great experience. Would thoroughly recommend! Some parking available outside the building but building & carpark are tucked in behind a wall on a one way street so best to leave plenty time to find it.

We were given a visit to the Locked Door as a gift and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The challenge itself was very stimulating, and, admittedly, we did receive some clues and help from our game co-ordinator. We selected the Heist, but there are a number of options to choose from. The staff were simply lovely, helpful, fun and the actual rooms are creatively clever and the time passed all too quickly. Well done to both owners (sisters we understand) and their employees. Hugely recommended, private car parking at the door and the photo to take home is not an extra cost, which was refreshingly good.

As a family, we have done a few of these now, keep coming back for more! Great team building exercise but everyone in the group have their own strengths and discover clues that others have overlooked. Really clever! Different levels of difficulty. Definitely recommend. Located in a quiet part of city center with no bus gates to contend with and free off road parking.

This for sure was one of the best escape rooms I've been to (I have been to rooms in many different cities and countries, and this was at least top 3)! A lot of exciting stuff for several players to do both together as a team and separately. We did the "Raiders" room, and solved it in about 50 mins (3 persons). The host was really friendly and helpful, and gave us a couple of hints when she saw that we might be a bit "off". A really good experience that left us really excited and thrill- fulfilled. Too bad we only had time for one room...

This was my first time doing an escape room and it won't be my last, despite not getting out within the hour. We had 2 groups visiting so we did 2 different rooms; Raiders and Enchanted Forest. Both were well thought out, with plenty of puzzles to work out. There were many hints available from our lovely guide who explained everything to us before we entered the room proper. Overall, a very good experience.
