Just the three of us on an afternoon tour. Treated to tastings from the barrels as well as a wee dram at the end. Very informative and friendly.

The very beginning of the famous whiskey trail in Scotland. The tour is very good and because this place is not usually very busy (with massive groups of tourists), the tour guide has a lot time to asnwer questions and educate the patrons.

First time in Fettercairn and we loved it. The distillery is very small, 2 lines of distillation and less than 20 staff running it but it is a little gem and very well kept. The view from the place is majestic over the hills. The...More

My first distillery tour. Really interesting - the production started in 1824. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and funny. The visitor centre is lovely, as is the shop, and the distillery itself is fantastic. Very good value and a lovely tasting at the end.

Alright tour. Its about 30 min for £5, so it's a short tour but cheap. It was cool to see the machines working, but the distillery lacked heart and character. Because the whiskey is mainly used for blends it doesn't have much flavor.

Hi, you do not need to book in advance if it is just a small froup of you but i will suggest to reserve a tour for large parties. Tours takes about 45 minutes including tastings.
