Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Wide open space with avenues of plants & paths along the River Don. Free car park & kids playground. Big open rugby pitch.
Watery/marsh are to one side. Easy to navigate & walk around the outside, then access to the riverside paths. Also, able to access St Machar's Cathedral & shirt walk from Old Aberdeen streets

I have never seen so many flowers in one place in the spring. In addition you have the river with otters, birds and seals. Don't forget the enchante walled gardens. Beautiful playground if you have kids and paradise for dogs.

A large park in the suburbs of Aberdeen with good facilities for parking, public transport, kids play areas and adult sightseeing. The formal planting accessed from the St. Machar side is really attractive. The open area which contains a WW2 pillbox, prehistoric tree and glacial boulder provides a great area for strolling. Take in the riverside walk and look for the hidden gardens in the top corner of the park. The riverside walk which leads from the memorial fountain winds around a bend in the river Don up to the Bridge of Don, one of the oldest bridges in Britain. Plenty of wildlife to see - ducks, herons etc. A grand day out on a sunny day.

Quality park, very Bonnie. The city should celebrate this park more.

Kids play area is quality.

Nice spacious park.

The road in and out could be wider. More parking would help also.

This park is huge! There’s plenty of open grassed areas to kick a football around. There’s a children’s play area, car park, public toilets (that were sadly out of order when we visited - costing 20p), picturesque gardens and even has an old abandoned lodgings (a building that used to stand in Aberdeen city centre). Well worth a visit.

This park, just a close walk from Aberdeen Uni, is a great experience in itself! The park is really wide and comfortable with lots of different corners and plants, also lots of sitting places. Beautiful how you can see the cathedral from the mail avenue of the park. Really selfie-worthy!

Season Park has seen some changes over the years which has attracted more visitors. There is a mix of grassy areas, formal gardens and a secret walled garden. The river Don flows through it on the way to the North Sea. The park is home to herons, red squirrels, otters, deer and ducks. A wetland area has been created and still in the process of developing. There is a path right round the perimeter of the park and a couple that criss cross it too. There is a dedicated children's play area and Mr Therm, a recently refurbished train engine that local kids helped design. It's a lovely park that has Green Flag status..
