Now no longer a franchise. Cafe o clay is now found on holburn street. Much easier to get to for city centre bus trips. Lovely cakes, fresh bakes and brilliant coffee. Staff are fab as always. Missed this place when i saw it closed. Glad to know its reopened. X

went back and found it closed. It seems it was meant to relocate but never did and their website is not updated nor shut down, g iving a false impression that it is open. What a shame it was excellent when we went. The kids were utterly disappointed.

Lived in Aberdeen from 2005-2008 and among the prized possessions I took with me are my first daughter's painted ceramic pieces from Ceramic Experience. Last June 2011, we came back and intentionally went to Ceramic Experience to do more pottery for family. Staff are very helpful. You can get your pieces after a few days so plan ahead if you want to take these pieces immediately with you OR they can ship to any point in the UK. I had a good friend ship mine to the Netherlands! There is an indoor play area and home bakes and drinks in the cafe area. Enjoy!

We took our three kids aged 9, 3 and two together with their cousins and they loved it. They all chose Xmas themed objects and painted away enjoying every second. Its excellent as their is a healthy snack cafe which was fantastic as it offered fresh fruit, babyfood and cappucino was was great for all. When we went it was a bit noisy as there were loads of kids but we still enjoyed it anyway. The kids want to go there again on our next trip next year. Oh and the good thing is that a few days later we picked up all their works of art fired and glazed.. so the kids are proud of their work.
