Put this on you list of things to do!
A fabulously friendly and fun day spent meeting Emma and her staff, enjoying the cafe, touring the distillery, learning the history of gin, gaining an understanding about aromatics and finally building a gin that reflected our personal tastes and style! Such a fun and interactive experience!! I highly recommend you do this when visiting the Kintyre Peninsular!
Hello and thank you very much for the great review. We enjoyed hosting you and looking forward to seeing you again! Emma

    Fantastic tour, tasting and lunch
We had an amazing time having booked the tour, tasting and lunch for my Dad's birthday with the family. Emma was just wonderful and we really enjoyed learning about the estate and the plans for the future. Gin tasting was really enjoyable and lunch was incredible and we really appreciated the choices for my vegan daughter. The whole team were incredibly friendly and welcoming especially the gorgeous Crumble. We were particularly interested and impressed with the emphasis on green energy and sustainability on the estate. You come away after a visit wishing much success for the future of the estate and business. Needless to say, much gin was also purchased.
Hello, and thank you for coming, and thank you for leaving such a nice review! Hope to see you all again soon. NIall and Emma.

    Not to be missed!
A fantastic cottage industry, which provided a fascinating insight into the production of a superb product. Emma and the staff couldn't have been better hosts and made us feel completely at home from the outset. It is a great example of what can be achieved with a little imagination and a lot of hard work. Anyone visiting the Kintyre peninsula would be foolish to leave this delightful place off of their list of places to visit, truly an experience to savour.
Hi, thanks for your kind words. We are glad you enjoyed it and look forward to seeing you sometime in the future! Niall and Emma

    Try a coffee instead!
Lovely setting and walk from the car park. Lots of gin to buy on shop. However the cup of tea at the cafe was poor; one tea bag for two people in tiny teapot and even with a jug of extra hot water our mugs weren't full! Perhaps try a coffee instead!
Hi there and thanks for the review. Many apologies for the issue with the tea. It's excellent Tiree Tea we serve but clearly not enough in this instance. Our staff are very approachable and happy for oversights to be pointed out - just ask and they will rectify any issues! Niall

    Excellent visit
Emma, the hostess, was so lovely. She kept us well informed and entertained with her moving insight into her family and their life. We had lunch, which was excellent, and catered for a gf eater with tasty bread! Highly recommend a visit

What a fabulous time we had !
We stayed two nights in the beautiful onsite bothies.
These bothies are spotless, well equiped and cozy with log burners !
We had lunch in the onsite cafe which was super before attending Gin School in the afternoon.
What fun we had making and mixing our own gin, and tasting it too !
At the end of our class we were given our own gin to take away and certificates that we had completed the class.
Our teacher was the most informative, warm & friendly Emma, thank you Emma !
During our stay we saw loads of wildlife, visited the beach, walked the estate grounds as well as visiting nearby Carradale.
This is a FIVE STAR accommodation & gin experience not to be missed.
Do not hesitate in booking up to visit you will not be dissapointed !
Thank you to the most courteous, informative and fun couple Emma and Niall

Gin Tasting followed by a huge bowl of mushroom soup and rustic bread. Just what the doctor ordered on a wet late winter's morning!

And all the team are passionate about making brilliant Gina
For all occasions , but also rums, salt vodka and home roasted coffee beans and the cafe’s local food . We did the afternoon of gin school where we got to make our own flavour of gin to take home and gin based cocktails! which we will be sampling at home . Fantastic afternoon and would love to go again
