We went here because we wanted to go somewhere or 20 month old daughter could play, this was recommended to us. And now we know why. Came here one wet afternoon for a swim, ended up staying until they closed. Great pool, clean changing rooms, excellent cafe. Kids loved the soft play and 9 year old had a great time on the climbing wall. This was all topped off by how friendly and helpful all of the staff were. We will be back with the kids on the next rainy day. Thank you. …

Stopped off for a shower on our van road trip, very reasonable price and what a lovely, informative and welcoming receptionist you have. A gem in your organisation. Think her name is Iona, very helpful and gave us loads of information on where to go and what to do.

We visited to swim one day whilst on holiday because it was raining. Outside play area looked great but it was too wet for us to try it. It was more expensive than home but we didn't mind. Changed in the changing rooms. They were ok, a little tired looking. The small pool was quite chilly but they did warn us. There were lots of toys for everyone to play with which was nice. We stayed for over an hour. The pool had what looked like like scale on the tiles at the edge but I think it was probably grout and the water had reacted. At the bottom in the corner the bottom of the pool was thick black, possibly mould! When we noticed this we had already been there a long while so we left. We would have had a try in the soft play but our little girl was tired. It has the potential to be a nice place and they are trying to raise money so I wouldn't write off visiting again if we were in the area. …
