So many items that bought back memories from the post war era, also a great display of motorcycle history, plenty of stuff to keep my grandchildren amused too! Great museum !

Great little find, free entry, plenty of local history, the victorian school room is great to experience as children can dress up and use the tables chalk and slate boards to get an idea of the life children had. Nice historic building with little gift...More

Lots of local information and displays. Everything is clear to understand. Everything from the way people used to live to modern times including local celebrities.

Popped in here for a short visit whilst waiting to meet up with others. It's free to get in and has a variety of exhibits. The kids enjoyed the schoolroom most of all, but there's also a gallery of motorbike memorabilia linked to a local...More

We visited the museum mainly to see the Steve Hislop exhibition. Very interesting and very helpful staff. There is also a Jimmie Guthrie exhibition for all fans of early motorbike racing as well as may other exhibits. Enjoyable visit.

This museum is lovely full of very interesting things .. the children loved seeing all the animals and historic things. Staff were lovely too .. very clean .. most enjoyable .

This is a lovely little museum and a must visit place for anyone interested in motor bike racing as there are exhibits on Steve Hislop and Guthrie. The park it is set in is beautiful
