What a hidden gem of a place this is. Great cafe with home made cakes and produce Fabulous walks and bike trails well signposted. The gardens are really great too. Go go go!!!

Dogs are welcome to visit the Gardens and Country Estate. The only areas they can't go into are the Shop, Tearoom and Adventure Playground. I hope that you will enjoy your visit.

Thanks for your comment. We are restricted to where we can place signs due to highway rules but our dates for opening are now fixed and we open Easter Weekend, both Bank Holidays in May and the months of July and August... More

If you wish to park at the Castle then yes there is a facility charge of £6 per person. If you wish to access other parts of the Estate and enjoy our walks then there would be no charge. We hope that this helps.
