Lots to see and do for all ages. Visited with our 2 year old daughter - we weren't sure if she'd be a bit young but needn't have worried. We spent a morning at the centre and then had lunch. Would recommend the centre to anyone with small children and up. Limited menu at the cafe but lovely coffee and... More

Thank you so much to Dundee Science Centre for the best afternoon, the nice slightly deaf young man who set his hands on fire, blew up a watermelon and a hydrogen filled balloon, the Civil Engineering lecturer who put the science of concrete and Wile E Coyote together, the deeply knowledgeable assistant who took Caitlin through a virtual reality trip... Visited here while on holiday and we went during the week. There was 2 school trips while in and that ruined it slightly as they werent be monitored and knocked my boy (2years old) over a few times just running to things. Teachers not watching them. No fault of the science place though. The staff were fantastic especially a young... More

Thanks for your great review and sorry the school kids may have been a bit too excitable on the day - we'll keep an eye out for this. It's great that the little one enjoyed the giant nose and the adults loved the lasers - it could have been problematic if it was the other way round :) Our staff... More

We arrived for opening on Sunday. It was quiet and perfect for my 3 1/2 yr old twins and 1 yr old as he could crawl around the sensory area. It was the start of science week so there were lots of extra experiments to keep my 10yr old entertained. One of our 3 1/2 yr olds is autistic and... More

I visited this building with my 3 kids aged 15, 13 and 11 and on our way in we attended a hands on lecture on bones which was not only informative but fascinating and just right for the audience. The museum had loads to explore for all ages, was busy and very up to date where even I had some... More

Wow - this is one fantastic review, and so much appreciated too. We certainly love to inject a good dose of fun into all that we do and it looks as if it paid off for your visit. Glad to see you had the chance to try out our (reasonably) new Lab for the bones activity and enjoyed the rest... More

We had a fun day. The staff and visiting professionals, were very helpful and knowledgeable about the activities that were on offer. The activities were suitable for most age ranges (5 upwards). The children had fun and the adults found out some interesting facts about the human body. I would return again.
