Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Here for an hour and both grandkids (aged 10 and 9) thoroughly enjoyed it.
Well laid out with plenty of staff on hand.
Only used the cafe for two hot drinks ( which could be taken inside jump area) but were not the best and at £6.30 a bit expensive for what we got.

Listed as a wheelchair accessible venue but I'll have to phone up each time to check the lift is still working. No staff could find the additional key (not radar key) for the accessible bathroom & blamed the other business in the unit. Essentially no toilet on the site I could use without some mobility in my legs.

we visited the park for a 2 hour session with our 3 kids, we got in, all was fine, husband & I got on for free as carers which was good, the lockers were a nightmare to work, chip & pin machines weren't working.

30 minutes in & the kids wanted a drink & a snack, there was very little to choose from & only 3 types of drinks suitable for them, the seating area was shocking, there used to be tall stools so you could sit and watch the jumpers, none.

we then realised that the majority of the park was closed off, just not enough staff to be manned the whole session i guess, most of the park was missing bits like the things to swing from & land into foam & just completely run down tbh.

all 3 of our kids have additional needs. our youngest was quietly sat on the side of a foam pit pulling blocks out to build a wee tower, he wasn't harming anyone or doing anything wrong & to be fair it wasn't even busy, he just wanted to build a tower in red, grey, blue & yellow columns.

yet a staff member came over & gave him into trouble, then proceded to ask the 3 of them if they had watched the safety video - i ain't being funny but none of the 3 of them 2 x autistic 1 x adhd is gonna sit & take in a safety video, he didn’t have a clue as to why he wasn't allowed to build the towers.

they were given into trouble multiple times over the 2 hour session we were there.

my oldest came out in tears because he was given into trouble for something pathetic - he had a sunflower lanyard on & clearly states on his card his disabilities.

maybe these staff members should take a course in how to deal with additional needs kids. would benefit them alot. 😊

we most certainly won't be back, the kids also stated that when they got home they don't want to go back & that innoflate is better. 🤷‍♀️

also the prices is shocking for what it is now, when opened was fantastic but now it's not worth the £19.50 per child for the 2 hours plus socks was £73.50!!! 😲

There has been investment since our last visit, thank goodness that inflatable section has been replaced. I think possible new carpet has been installed. The place felt cleaner than previous visits.

My child enjoyed the jumping and fun. I was sure I had seen somewhere there was juice and biscuits included in price but didn't see any.

Cafe was awful. A few young staff, one girl run ragged serving and making barrista style hot drinks, I joined the queue, I was person number 2. I stood for about 10min waiting, assumed that person in front had been served, they hadn't. Orders for latte and hot choc consumed the one and only server.

Eventually it was my turn, I didn't say anything as I could tell she was harassed and on her own and had been working as fast as she could. Ordered a sandwich, says on the board comes with chips. Given a buzzer and sat down it was about 15min until it buzzed, went to counter, only a sandwich and noone to ask about the chips. I stood for another few minutes before i got a chance to speak to someone, waited another 10min for the chips to arrive. No sauce or vinegar options.

To top it off I was drinking my tea, thinking it was quite strong, then realised the tea bag was still in when it slapped me in the face as I finished my tea. I hadn't been warned nor given a spoon. The young staff badly need a manager or more support, particularly on a busy weekend day.

Arrived at this place with our 2 kids and booked them in for the jump. The first thing we noticed there was no hand sanitiser in any of the bottles. Then we ordered food and they had no mayonnaise, the toastie was 2 bits of bed with a thin bit of cheese and 1 slice of ham toasted on 1 side. And the final nail in the coffin was they had no heating on so was very uncomfortable sitting in the waiting area for 2 hours in - 3 conditions.

May be an idea for them to state on there website if you are waiting for your kids in winter bring a sleeping bag and hot water bottle.

They doubled the price when covid hit but was a lot nicer then at least it was clean and warm, now its the same price. Very disappointing for what used to be a lovely place.

Yes - kids don’t really care they just want to jump. It’s not clean, the cafe is very questionable and hygiene is clearly not a priority. The toilets are grubby and tired and the general place feels like it needs a basic clean. Well, here I am like some princess but you don’t have to look hard to see that this place is not clean - is it safe? If they don’t clean the place do they maintain the equipment or check it’s ok. The inflatable is like the crumby fluff hole in an old couch. Chewing gum and grubby sweets rolling about the crevices.

My kids don’t care - they want to bounce about. I am hard pushed to return here though we do and it doesn’t change - doesn’t get any better - it’s only getting worse.

Please have someone clean the place!!

Such a shame as if was managed better would be good. There is no cleaning done the place is filthy. Not maintained at all. Hand sanitiser stations ripped off and not replaced. Windows are filthy. Went first thing and clearly
Hadn’t even been hoovered. Toilets not cleaned. Safety briefing was a joke, staff unhelpful. I won’t take my kids back. Old the foam blocks have been bitten and not replaced. Places are ripped and not repaired. Place is a disgrace

We love Ryze and often take the children in our family as it’s always a crowd pleaser. My nieces birthday party this year was held at Ryze and it was such a fun experience for all children! The only downside was that signing all the children at the party (20+) in took about 30 minutes so prepare something for the children to do whilst they wait.

Staff were so helpful; they really couldn’t do enough for you! 😃

First of all, the kids really enjoyed it so that’s why there is a 2/5…
Considering there is a pandemic still happening you’d think that the cleaning would be top notch. It wasn’t - everything was filthy. Floors, walls toilets just disgusting. Does anyone actually clean. We also visited first thing so they don’t have the excuse of it being busy with people prior us visiting.

Plenty of trampolines and space but some of the equipment is getting tatty, especially the inflatable section, lots of rips and it’s poorly patched up.

Also nobody was wearing masks. I understand people jumping/kids don’t need to wear them but spectators and STAFF? None what so ever. I know they are annoying but there are still rules currently in Scotland.

Staff were pretty miserable and unhelpful.

Can’t say I’d rush back or recommend it to others unless the give it a deep clean first…
