Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, who gave us even more stories and information than the numerous informative plaques.

Fantastic experience and very informative and helpful volunteers. A must see when in the area. We were delighted that we could take our dog inside the museum and was made very welcome.

We had a fantastic trip to the museum when visiting Dundee on holiday. There was lots to see and several vehicles to access and interactive displays making it fantastic for children. The cafe is very reasonable with lots of games and a highlight of the trip. Of particular note is the volunteers - everyone was so friendly and kind and our children were delighted to find out more about the exhibits. Would definitely recommend visiting!

Great little transport museum for all ages, lots of history just waiting to reach out and show you a glimpse of the bygone days of motoring. The folk that run the museum are passionate about the history, we were deep in conversation about the lovely quintessential Bristish mini. It's small but has big plans for the future. Wel done all from a Jensen Owner.

We had a great experience seeing all of the antique vehicles! We called off at the museum whilst staying in Dundee on our way up to start the NC500.

Whilst there, we spent a long time chatting to Graeme who works in the museum and he’s just a fantastic and knowledgable person! He gave us lots of information about the vehicles, and also spent a great deal of time with us giving us advice on some of the ‘must do’ activities along the NC500.

Overall we had a great experience here, both in terms of the museum itself as well as through the interactions with such lovely staff - thank you again, Graeme! We would definitely recommend calling off here if you’re ever in Dundee!

Three generation visit which was enjoyed by all. Interesting as a local to see things from Dundee history but also interesting for those new to city who are interested in seeing vehicles from the past. Very friendly staff who were knowledgeable and informative. Looking forward to it being expanded in new venue.

We (myself, hubby and boys age 12) thoroughly enjoyed our trip to this museum. The helpers there were really knowledgable and there were a real mixture of vehicles and bikes.
