Immaculately kept and planted beautifuly out front.This memorial is only open by arrangement or on certain days of the year but well worth a look if you can.large glass doors mean you can peer inside and see the statue etc even when its closed.

The War Memorial building is well worth a visit. The building itself is another architectural gem that Kilmarnock possesses. Keep remembering the few who laid down their lives for our freedom and never take their sacrifices or our freedom for granted.

The Kilmarnock War Memorial is a fine building which is usually closed off to the public. It stands opposite to the Dick Institute and parking is ample along the 'dead end' road between the two sites. The inside is very fine with plaque after plaque...More
