Excellent Old Town tour

Graeme gave our family an interesting and fun tour through Old Town Edinburgh! We visited and learned about all the major spots - and his extensive knowledge about his city gave us a better understanding of not only Scotland’s story but it’s people. Thank you Graeme!

Good mix of information and entertainment

Glen was our guide and took some time to get to know the group to involve us and make things relevant to us. It was a good mix of information and entertainment. Glen was happy to answer questions and not shy to admit if there was something he didn't know. I would certainly use City Explorers again.

I jumped on this tour last minute and loved it! Kenny was an amazing guide and was very knowledgeable on all Scottish history, answering any questions we had with great detail. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone!

Excellent tour of the old city

My husband and I decided to do a heritage tour for our honeymoon. He's Scottish, so our trip here was very important to him and we wanted to soak up as much history as possible. Graeme was our tour guide of the old city, and we couldn't have possibly asked for a more perfect guide. He was knowledgeable about both the history and modern times of Edinburgh and we absolutely loved the tour!

Very much enjoyed our free Edinburgh tour. Our guide was called Graeme and he was great fun and very knowledgeable. We were all encouraged to ask questions. We learnt a lot of details about Edinburgh and appreciated his natural love of the city. I would definitely recommend the tour which started and ended on time and ran as anticipated. We did this in Novemeber, and I would suggest you wrap up warmly with warm coat, hat, scarf and gloves and warm, and warm, sturdy footwear suitable for walking over cobbles - as I was absolutely frozen by the end of it - but it was a good excuse for a large hot chocolate to warm me up!

This was an amazing tour, our guide Kenny was exceptional. We got a lot of information about Edinburgh including history and modern info. 10/10 would go again

We had a great time going around the old town of Edinburg with our tour guide Emma!
She knew so many things about the history and the city, I would recommend this tour for sure!

Great way to explore the city. Emma is a great guide, her humor made our rainy tour brighter. I have learned more about the city. You cannot miss the guided tour, definitely one of the best! 10/10
