These guys are professional, very polite and helped with my luggage. My flight was 4 hours delayed they communicated with me throughout the long wait I had.

Iain was very helpful in helping us plan our 11 day trip. We did not want to drive ourselves. We are from the US so there was a fear of making a mistake and driving on the wrong side of the road, or dealing with single lane roads, plus it helps to know where you are going. Many of the places we wanted to see in Scotland were not close to one another. Dougie and Iain laid out an itinerary so there were places to see along the way.
With our driver, Dougie, we could make spot decisions on stops,and he knew places that might not be on a typical itinerary such as the one lane road in Glencoe Valley to Dalness Lodge formerly owned by Ian Fleming. With a private tour, we could determine what time to leave every morning, unlike most of the tours we saw throughout our travels. We could decide to spend less time or more time at each stop whereas tour groups have a schedule. Plus one of the lovely hotels where we stayed did not take tours ( and our meal there was fabulous). We stayed in Inverness one night and Dougie suggested we meet him at a pub and listen to Scottish music. This was an experience not it be missed.
When this process started, I reached out to several companies that theoretically provided this service. Fortunately for us Iain was more responsive than the others

We used EMG's service twice on our recent trip to Scotland. The service was superb. Ian was prompt, courteous and a delight to chat with. We spent three hours together on a drive from Inverness to Edinburgh and the time flew by. I highly recommend EMG for anyone looking for very professional services.

EMG was an excellent choice. We had a large group of 11 with many bags, and they accomodated us with no problems. They were early, extremely courteous, and we enjoyed the conversation both ways.

Excellent personalised service as always. We have used Iain’s company numerous times over the past few years and their service from prebooking to drop off is always exceptional. Their vehicles are very comfortable and well maintained with chilled water and wifi onboard. Shawn / Sean is always punctual and was kind enough to wait not only an hour extra at the airport but then again at our air bnb when the manager with keys was late in arriving. He then proceeded to help us with our luggage as we were unable to manage on our own due to recent injuries. Honestly can’t recommend this company enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Don`t use their excellent service very often, but they are worthy of a 5 star review. A;ways on time, excellent vehicles, discreet but happy to chat if you want. The service makes you feel very special and I would recommend to anyone.

We used their service for multiple airport, train station, and hotel transfers. The drivers were always exactly where they said they would be, including meeting at Waverley train station. They were on time, helped with our luggage, and gave us useful tips and information about Scotland since this was our first visit to the country. Would definitely use them for transfers again.

We required a transfer from the airport to Edinburgh City with lots of suitcases. Iain and Sean were super friendly and helpful accommodating our needs. They waited for us even though our flight was canceled, rescheduled and then delayed. I am super grateful for their help as we emded up arriving past midnight with two young kids and all the baggage. They simply smiled, and helped. Thank you.

What is the cost round-trip early morning from the cruise terminal at South Queensferry to center of Edinburgh. I hope to join a whiskey tour there and be back onboard the ship at 5pm. Any recommendations for a half-day whiskey tour?

Hi Martin, a round trip would be £83.00. We could offer you a trip to Glenkinchie, this is a distillery South of Edinburgh and produces The Edinburgh Malt. Hi there, I fly in Aug 30th. Do I need to be contactable on touch down for you to arrive or is the booking considered confirmed upon payment? (I've organised transfers in the past with other companies and because I didn't call prior to arrival they never showed despite payment) I also need to be back at the airport for a 0415 check in a few days later. Your incoming flight will be monitored and your driver will be standing with a name board as you exit the arrivals area into the terminal reception. From there you will be escorted out to the waiting vehicle and transferred directly to your accommodation in Edinburgh. The transfer will be in a spacious people carrier which has all the comfort and luggage capacity you require for your group of 4. The price would be £46.00 and can be prepaid by PayPal.
