Aura would be more than happy to arrange this for you using our network of qualified Tour Guides. A Scottish Picnic can also be provided, this would use the finest local produce and a suitable location chosen to enjoy it while on tour. Please enquire for cost No matter the request we will endeavour to fulfil it to provide an outstanding experience of Scotland, its history and its people.

An exceptional trip through northern Scotland

William, our wonderful guide, gave us a trip of our lifetime. He ensured we saw everything we wanted to see in northern Scotland and much more. He was kindness personified. We were never rushed and the sites he selected were beautiful.

Excellent service

Our group of 7 used Aura twice during our stay in Scotland and received excellent service on both tripS. Their staff was prompt in answering my emails and adjusting the schedule to meet our needs. Our first driver, Gerry, took us from Edinburgh to Drymen stopping in Stirling and Alloa. Gerry was prompt, mindful of our schedule and getting to places on time. He was great fun to travel with! He even dropped our foursome at the course after taking the rest of our group to our hotel

We also used Aura from Pitlochry to Edinburgh stopping in St Andrews. Again our driver William was prompt, pleasant and mindful of our schedule. We highly recommend Aura for Travelling around Scotland and would definitely use again,

A well curated fun filled experience!
A great afternoon at the Johnny Walker experience in Edinburgh this afternoon. The whole business went for a company team building event.

A huge call out to Ryan and Ali for their amazing hosting talents. You made it even more of a special event!

Such good value for money as there are three drinks included in the ticket price.

I suggest you book their 1820 roof terrace bar for drinks and food afterwards. The views are to die for!

I would absolutely recommend this experience.

Best Tours with William and Brian!

My son and I took two different tours on two different days with Aura. What a great company! Our fist day was Aura's Loch Lomond Tour with William. William was a informative, friendly and entertained us with stories and information.
We managed to see Kelpies, Fall of Falloch and the spectacular Highlands scenery as we drove. We finished up with a visit to Hamish the Highland Bull.
Day two was a bespoke tour to Deanston and Aberfeldy Distillery accompanied by Brian. Brian was equally as warm and knowledgeable as William. He was a great guide, full of interesting details about the area
I highly recommend Aura Tours-you will not be disappointed!

Scotland Tour a highlight!

William was a joy to spend the day with. His knowledge of the area and history was phenomenal. He listened to what we were looking for in the tour and mortified the tour as we went along the day. Enjoyed the tour and time with William. Highly recommend!

Perfect day tour from Edinburgh

This was one of the best tours we have ever taken. It was completely customized and so fun. Our driver/ guide (Gerry) was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. We highly recommend this tour.

Private Tour Greenock Cruise Port

I cannot say enough about the great job and great folks at Aura Journeys. While on our Brittish Isle cruise we booked a private car in Edinburgh. Cruises are a fantastic way to travel, to see a lot of cities. But time is limited in each port. And Edinburgh was no different. Seeing St. Andrew's was a must, but so were the many other things to do back in Edinburgh. So we communicated back and forth with William at Aura Journeys to secure details. We often seek out things to do that don't necessarily fit the norm.
So, while still on the cruise and with Edinburgh still 3 days out, we were unprepared for our port of call in Greenock/Glaskow. A failure on our part. I could not find anything on Viator that might fit our needs. All sold out. I sent an email to William at Aura Journeys and he put a call out to his team. Gerry cancelled his golf game ( on a beautiful day by the way) and agreed to be our tour guide driver for the day. Within a minute of meeting Gerry at the Greenock cruise terminal I knew it was going to be a great day. We had so much fun because not only of where Gerrry took us, but the improvised side trips we took. We did not want to see the distillery so we didn't, we spent just a little time at the Stirling castle which was great for us. We found a great Antique Market which my wife loved. And while my wife was antique shopping Gerrry and I talked golf, politics, and everything in between. We all laughed so much, and Gerry's personality was so genuinely warm. Of all the great drivers we have had, Gerry is probably the best. Gerry sent William a lot of txts about what he felt our likes and dislikes were and other information that will make our Edinburgh tour with William in two days time even more valuable and enjoyable. I want to personally thank Gerry and I am sure William will welcome us just as warmly as did Gerry. Kudos to Aura Journeys !!

Worth the cost!
Our driver, Martin, was delightful and enjoyable. He made sure we got a chance to see everything we wanted to see (from the “hairy coos” of the highlands to the castles and the vistas. He was knowledgeable about all the important points of interest and photo opportunities, and provided a great experience for our family. My only critique is that it was difficult to hear him from the 3rd row of the van, with the road noise and rattles.

All-in, I would highly recommend this tour, especially if you only have one visit to the highlands!
