Gary is a gin genius. Knows so much and made us feel so welcome. A wonderful learning experience and gin tasting. Our own recipe was distilled, bottled and taken home to enjoy. Just a fabulous afternoon.

I have done many gin tastings and tours but this experience tops the lot. Gary is so knowledgeable about his gins and the distillation process. He made it such an interesting and fun experience. He spend a whole afternoon with us and it passed so quickly. He let us make our own recipe for our own gin from his huge array of botanicals, whilst advising us about tastes and qualities. Such good value for money too with a cocktail to start, 3 gins to test your palate, and a glass of your own recipe gin and a bottle to take away. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you

My friend and I had a wonderful time distilling our own custom bottle of gin! Gary was an enthusiastic and wonderful teacher and very passionate about the subject! He taught us lots about the distilling process, different types of gin and we learned lots of history. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend to everyone! It was fantastic value as well! I already have plans to go back with a group of work friends!

We had an absolute fantastic time at the masterclass. Neil was so helpful and knowledgeable, a wonderful host. We loved the process of selecting our own botanicals and have a lovely bottle of gin to take home. We would highly recommend this.

I’ve had a blast! Received this as a surprise gift from my fiancee and had the best time. Neil is a fountain of interesting facts and a great storyteller. I loved listening to insightful stories about the history of gin while playing around with a multitude of ingredients trying to put everything in our gin. Absolutely loved the much needed guidance and expertise of Neil to edit our recipe and help us make a hopefully drinkable gin matching our preferences. Very stoked to try it in a couple of days!
