Helen is the most responsible, knowledgeable and personable travel advisor we ever dealt with. We have traveled the world and plan many more trips and would do so with complete confidence having Helen advise us. Infinite Scotland is a five star experience and from a customer perspective Helen's service and knowledge was amazing. We highly recommend Helen and Infinite Scotland to family and friends.

Helen is the best guide out there . She took a group of varying ages and backgrounds and made us a family . She’s very knowledgeable and even has a wonderful sense of humor . She brings a wealth of information to her tourists . She took us to places we wouldn’t necessarily have a chance to do snd gave us personal insights to her hometown of Scotland . Book her ! We will book her again . You will not be disappointed!

Your review title only hints at the fun that we had on tour! Thank you for choosing to explore Scotland our way with history, hiking, meeting the people behind our food and drink - and even a few sheep and dogs! It was a pleasure to meet you all and we can't wait for your return.

Helen is a pro and very knowledgeable on the history and customs of Scotland. She is kind, charming and accountable. We could not have had a better guide. Upon return we will certainly seek her out.

Helen (Infinte Scotland) led our group of 12 women from Edinburgh to the Highlands with wonderful stories and lots of history and good humor! We came from varied backgrounds and ranged in age from 30 to 76. We enjoyed great food, beautiful views, a variety of activities and delightful people! I’m ready to plan my next trip with Infinite Scotland!

Absolute the Best! Helen is by far the best professional guide we have ever had on our many trips. Not only did she plan a perfect itinerary, she provided the personal attention and care for the unseen emergencies that were beyond her control! Helen provided a fantastic self-drive itinerary for our 10-day tour around the east and west coasts of northern Scotland. Helen listed so many great options to experience the wonderful scenery, food, history and (of course) geology that we're planning to come back to see more! Thanks again Helen.

I reached out to Helen for help with my first ever solo trip to Scotland and I’m so glad I did! From the very beginning Helen listened to all my strange ideas and pulled together the most beautiful week I’ve ever had. From live music to incredible food, hidden libraries to canoeing, chocolatiers to bookshops, highland cows to castle ruins, Helen made sure I saw everything I wanted to see in a way I never would have been able to find on my own. I loved having the independence of solo travel but the comfort of knowing my itinerary had been collated by someone so knowledgeable and likeminded! It was 100% tailored to me and my interests and I knew that there was a real person on the other end of the phone should I need them. I will absolutely be reaching out to Helen for every single one of my trips to Scotland in the future!

Thank you for such a wonderful review! You really must take much of the credit - it was a delight to work with you on your itinerary, you had so many ideas, and you were so open to trying everything we suggested too! It was so fun to work out how to check-off all of the boxes in a relatively short space of time - and yet we still managed a peaceful paddle across an autumnal loch to catch our breath. As a self-drive guest, it was a treat to meet you and spend some special time with you too. It goes without saying that I would be delighted to help you with any future trips to Scotland. So much more to explore!

Helen Ord is knowledgeable, adventuresome, flexible and extremely professional. Our travel with her was an outstanding experience. But what makes Helen exceptional is her passion for her country and its history and culture. Her love for Scotland is contagious and makes the traveler want to learn more! Helen took our group to many wonderful off the beaten path places that gave us a true flavor of Scotland. I came home yearning to return and learn more!

Helen Ord is simply the most amazing, informative and fun tour guide ever!!
Her wealth of knowledge encompassed so much of Scotland's history and culture and was presented in a easy, friendly manner. Helen instantly felt like a friend rather than just a guide. Her suggestions, including where to shop, eat and sites to see, were right on the mark. I would love to take another tour with Helen and see more of Scotland, and hope to do so in the near future.
We toured Edinburgh, Loch Ness, Culloden, Aberdeen, Cairngorms National Park, Balmoral Castle and more with Helen.

Unflappable, Unstumpable, and absolutely delightful company, Helen Ord is a magnificent tour guide. As we traversed the Royal Mile and I saw other guides droning on in a loud, bored fashion to the groups jostling around them, I felt a distinct pang of pity for them and secret delight that we had the opportunity to be with such a charming, interesting, and knowledgeable companion. My appreciation only deepened as we left Edinburgh and plunged into the Highlands. I loved the cultural touches and treats, the stories, and the unique experiences. Helen is up for any adventure: athletic, cultural, gastronomical, historical….Helen is the Mary Poppins of tour guides and will help unveil the most magical outing you can imagine if you let her. I met Helen as part of a group tour, and I have traveled widely but never considered a bespoke tour in my life. However, I have become a convert. Helen can help you make the most of your time and your interests as well as amplifying any of the traditional Scottish experiences you are planning. She will show you hidden treasures of all kinds along your journey and simply spending time with her is a treat . Thanks, Helen for such lovely memories of this stunning country and its culture. I can’t wait to come back!
