The yoga and surfing day retreat was such good fun. 2 hrs of yoga, a gorgeous lunch and then 2 hours of surfing in the afternoon at Belhaven Beach. Group size was only 8 and we therefore got lots of attention from the three instructors. Despite it being 4 degrees outside we kept warm in the thick wetsuits. The base is amazing with a big fire and lots of hot drinks and treats. We were really well looked after. Would thoroughly recommend.

OV ran an archery session for our Scout group this weekend. They provided good quality equipment and excellent instruction for the kids, helping them learn and have fun at the same time. We all had a great afternoon, Thanks!

I was booked on a beginner's SUP lesson and was immediately put at ease by the friendly welcome from Jacob and Stacey. Weather a bit windy for the sea for beginners so we were taken to a sheltered, secluded loch which was lovely. Clear, simple instructions had us all standing up quickly and we soon gained confidence. Instructors were friendly professionals who covered all the basics during our 2 hrs on the water from water safety, apps for checking weather conditions to strokes, turns and the all important self rescue ( which I practised quite a few times! 😄). Would highly recommend this company and will definitely be paying another visit.

My sister signed up for this trip so I thought I’d join her. Great decision! I loved spending time with her in the hills, everything was thought of and planned to perfection by OV so we just had to enjoy the experience. A very relaxed and friendly vibe to the 3 days with help and encouragement from Stevie and Mollie where it was needed. I couldn’t recommend this enough. Just go.

Our 11yr old son had a full day summer adventure camp, paddleboarding, archery, coasteering, he had a great time, proper outdoors fun & action packed activities, great guides & crew, awesome set up at the base.

Had an amazing first ever surf lesson with ocean vertical. The guys were brilliant. From arrival to getting in the water. Felt really at ease even though I had never done this before. Hours of fun. One of the best things I have done. Ritchie was great and he nearly even got me on my feet.

This was so much fun! Wasn't too cold, wasn't too hot. The team kit you out with everything you need.they are clear in explaining what's happening. The experience was extremely fun and I wanted to do it all again as soon as it was over!

Would thoroughly recommend this experience. My group ( 4 friends) all really enjoyed the trip, our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us confidence to jump off high rocks etc that we would not have done otherwise

My friend and I had a brilliant beginners paddle boarding session last Sunday afternoon with instructor Jacob. Excellent fun and what an amazing way to spend a Sunday. Jacob was fun, friendly and extremely patient as well as being knowledgeable 😁 We were standing on the boards in no time at all!
