Only ducked in here because it was raining - didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. The tour was very well done, a mix of high tech and old school. A glass to take home and a nice whiskey tasting session !

It's pricey, but I enjoyed the Platinum Tour. I really learned a lot about how whisky is made and the different regions where it's from. I wish the tasting part was more extensive so we could really practice what we'd learned, but it was a...More

Me and my boyfriend are not scotch whisky drinkers at all, but considering we were in Edinburgh we agreed this was a must-do activity. We went for the gold ticket/package - this was great, and worth the money so that you can try all the...More

Old Town
Few Edinburghers live in the Old Town, but its
labyrinth of dank alleys and steep streets suggests
this was not always the case. Today, it’s mostly
visitors, tartan-flavoured souvenir shops, and pipers
that you’ll find on its cobbled streets. This is the
place to get a feel for Auld Reekie (Old Smelly), as
the town was once nicknamed, and stroll the Royal
Mile, the thoroughfare that links the castle with the
