This looked like good tour but was very disappointed by no show of tour guide no explanation no apology and no correct contact number. We travelled 3 hours for a birthday treat and was severely let down. 😡😡

Tour Guide did not show up. Appalling follow up service. Received a cancellation email 3 days after the tour was due to go ahead. Neither Expedia or Best Tours have dealt with this. it was supposed to be a gift and therefore embarrassing all around.
