The owner of this store must be a totally unbalanced person. We were looking at some souvenirs when I get my lipstick. She screamed that I would have to pay to use her mirror and practically kicked us out. A person totally unprepared to deal...More

The owner of this shop was incredibly rude and very aggressive. I wouldn't recommend anyone going in.

This shop is a must as you stroll the Royal Mile, located near Holyrood Palace. The best part of the shop is the owner Kathryn! My 16yo daughter and I LOVED talking with her. She is so friendly, honest, and knowledgable! She was a delight!...More

We always visit here whenever we visit Edinburgh. The owner Kathrine is a real character, we always call her Neanie although I think this was her grandmother. She has an amazing memory for faces and always remembers your previous visit. This year we were late...More

This place to me was great because it had Scottish made items instead of the made in china items sold at other shops around it. Great selection and great customer service! Definitely worth the stop in to check it out
