Absolutely love coming to Planet (apart from when Lily cream pies me) John and his team are amazingly friendly, welcoming and accommodating of customers. The entertainment is first class and the refurbishment has been fantastic, this really is the best LGBTQI+ venue in the east!

Lively gay bar in the heart of Edinburgh. Always something going on events wise. Friendly and welcoming staff, a good range of drinks, plenty seating and a dance floor too. They also sponsor one of the best football teams in the country!

Great little bar! Was plenty of seating, service at the bar was always pretty quick considering how busy it was! Drinks prices are very reasonable too! We all had a fantastic time here and will be coming back again! 5* all the way!

Broughton & Calton
Lying where grandiose New Town townhouses give way to

found a home in the 1980s. But gay culture is anything
but overt along bustling epicentre Broughton Street;
even if polished pubs, hip bistros, smart delis and
art galleries all speak of affluent good taste. The
