Good club .... extortionate prices....

We had a good time at the club and to be fair it's good Craic. But charging £4 a bottle pretty much for a small bottle of hooch is quite frankly daylight robbery...

Visited on a Saturday night with friends and won't be back. Crazy trying to get served at the bar. Do not take cards which is not ideal. In general place felt very unsafe. At one point 4 police officers and 3 bouncers struggled to get one guy out.....that was time to move on to somewhere a bit 'nicer'.

Great night, staff all very friendly, bouncer was a great laugh, all this heavy handed talk is rubbish! Manager was very professional too. Hired a booth well worth it,drink reasonable price to.

I stood in the queue for 25 minutes, being jostled by other club-goers who were served before me despite joining the queue after myself, to be told that the bar didn't take debit/credit card. No signage to inform patrons of this issue and the bar manager seemed indifferent to my issue. Will categorically state I will not be back here.

We were in Edinburgh on New Years Eve and when looking at things to do I stumbled on this place. Now this really is my cup of tea, cheesy music, fish bowl cocktails, cheap drinks. I was like a fish in water. However for a New yrs eve it was very quiet. Hardly busy at all. Which is strange for... More

Great club for our group of 40 something females to dance the night away to cheesy 80's music, lots of like minded people out for a good time, drinks were cheap but strangely everything tasted the same!! The only downside was the usual hit and miss toilet situation you can have a toilet with a lock or toilet roll but sadly... More

We ended up here after a great day on a mates stag as he loves some cheesy music and a good dance. The vibe was pretty fun and there seemed to be a lot of old ladies on the prowl as one of them would not leave my mate alone. All harmless fun though, but after getting a cheeky vodka... More

Staying in West End

Neighbourhood Profile
West End
Prevailing winds meant that most cities that grew in industrial Britain had their most desirable neighbourhoods to the west – upwind of factory fumes. Edinburgh was no exception, with its wealthiest citizens settling in its West End and leaving behind grand Georgian townhouses, private gardens and genteel crescents. These backstreets remain as dignified and sleepy as ever, and most of the action here lies along the district’s busy main roads. Lothian Road connects to southern Edinburgh and harbors a vague entertainment district: three theatres and the city’s main indie cinema. All attract a select crowd, the sort who appreciate the Saturday Edinburgh’s Farmers’ Market around the corner. The West End’s other great thoroughfare, Shandwick Place, is dominated by trams trundling out to the suburbs and airport, and shoppers picking up last-minute items before hopping aboard.
