The mosque has been opened since 1998 to serve the growing Islamic population of Edinburgh. It is very busy for Friday prayers. It also has women's section. At the time of our visit the local kids had fun having snowball fights.

Excellent excellent Edinburgh central mosque beautiful building very large room for man prayer and upstairs for ladies prayer room and downstairs for exhibition during the festival time lots people visiting the mosque really like this place

A beautiful place constructed to match the theme of Scotland. Very harmonious and tranquil inside. A very good kitchen serving delicious food at a very good price popular with locals and tourists and advertised by the open top bus tour.
