We made rolls, pitta, flatbreads, a cobs, a wholemeal loaf and oatcakes. Colin made lunch and we demolished the pitta and flatbreads. Later over tea we had jam and bread....never tasted so good! A great day out in a friendly atmosphere where we learned such a lot and of course we brought our being home with us. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I had a great day baking bread. We had car problems en route and Colin was amazingly helpful in rescuing us. We were able to take out our frustrations on the dough! I would highly recommend the classes and hope to return to do a different one soon.

My husband spent the day with Bread in Fife on the French and Italian bread day. He thoroughly enjoyed the day and returned home with a bag full of ready to eat goodies! He now feels highly motivated to bake more regularly and I will happily eat what he bakes!

I had an excellent day with my mum at this Bread Making Class. My mum had always wanted to do this therefore I purchased Gift Vouchers for Mothers Day - she was so excited to go. The class is held in Colin's kitchen (4 in our class) which is at ground level and has a ground level bathroom. Parking is... More

What a great day! Fun, educational and relaxed. It was a pleasure to spend a day with Colin and managing to bake more than I thought we would be doing was a bonus. Can't wait to return and try one of his other classes.

I would never have thought it possible that I could have had the patience to produce a challah loaf or hot cross buns but under Colin's expert and reassuring tutelage all things baking can come to pass! I am now inspired to go home and make all these wonderful new goodies for my friends and family and also to try... More

We had a really fun and productive day in Colin's kitchen yesterday -- 'twas thoroughly enjoyable and we learned lots about ingredients, techniques and recipes. Came home with a boot load of treasure: 3 loaves, a week's worth of rolls, & oatcakes (will never buy oatcakes again -- home backed SO much more delicious) and treated ourselves to our own... More
