Was there for a concert of the 'Royal Marine Band' which produced some really great music and sounds - varying from 'ceilidh' to 'big band'. Hall is comfortable, and most seats are good, though some have rather less leg/knee room between rows than desirable. They also have a restaurant, and a bar which is open but can get overcrowded during... More

I have been to quite a few shows at this venue. The carnegie hall is very comfortable with a friendly atmosphere and with a good selection of shows including revival bands that can be booked in advance .

Have seen so many shows here over the years and pantos. Great venue. Not the biggest, but great venue and a lot of history. If only the seats could talk. Lots of nearby parking and tickets reasonably priced. Tiffany's next door is well worth a look.

Took the kids along to the family fun day, hosted by Fife Youth Arts. It was fantastic. Face painting, cupcake decorating, animations shorts in the theatre and plenty of games outside in the gardens! Tiffany's ( the bar/cafe) is a great venue, if it was better advertised and served food throughout the day ( or at least on the week ends)... More

Booked for Kieran Goss but only 30 people wanted to go so moved to a bar room. This in itself wasn't a problem and in fact provided for an intimate gig rather than a concert and was ideally suited to his music. The main problem though was there appeared to be no heating on and many people complained about the... More

I was visiting the theatre for the opening show of Fife Jazz & Blues Festival. I visit the theatre often and it has a friendly laid back atmosphere. Staff are good and the bar is great but very busy. Prices are reasonable and whoever organises the programme should be applauded. A good range for all ages.

This beautiful theatre is small and intimate. I attended piano lessons here 66 years ago, and apart from the odd lick of paint nothing has changed. It holds variou types of shows including the must visit Christmas Pantomime. Concerts vary from Strathspey & Reel concerts to variety. There is a restaurant attached which does lunches and pre-theatre dinners when there... More
