Nice area for exercise running jogging or walking . Lovely scenery, lots of dog walkers use it. Lovely pond to feed the ducks , skate park for the older kids and a couple play parks for smaller kids .

We stayed for a few days at the Wetherspoon hotel and really enjoyed a couple of walks up and down the Riverside Park. It's very well landscaped with a fine network of paths (and car parking).

nice park loads of space and stuff for the kids close to town centre parking free there. park divides into two areas one of which has a man made pond
