Booked me and my partner in for her 30th Birthday, and what a day we had! The facilities were 10/10 and the staff were there to tend to our every need. They even recognised my partners birthday and gave her a special gift after we’d had our lunch. We had wanted to have a nice relaxing afternoon and it’s exactly what we had.

Everyone of the staff are so knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The service level is outstanding and nothing is too much trouble for them. It is a pleasure to spend time at the spa and having them take good care of you. It's heavenly. Valerie Nicoll

Fantastic day, amazing facilities. Highly recommend the spa day packages. Our treatments were great, initially I feared 25mins for massage and 25mins for facial wouldn't be enough but it certainly was. I felt so relaxed and never rushed.

You are very well taken care of by the staff. Once in my treatment room for my facial I started to relax immediately. The lighting was low and relaxing music was playing. The bed was satisfyingly warm. Everything was explained to me , I wasn’t really interested, but when Lisa did I actually found it interesting. Lisa, my beautician, was excellent in her technique and touch. Would recommend Lisa for a facial if you are going to get one.

Highly recommend the Spa at the Old Course Hotel. The Spa facilities are one of the best I have seen. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lunch was great and Spa treatments were so relaxing we will be back.

A perfect day. Our therapists Darlene and Claire were exceptional. Spa facilities were lovely and the spa attendant very nice. The spa cafe lunch was superb, and again, staff very attentive. We loved our day and will return. Thank you.

Tucked away inside a wing of the Old Course, StAndrews. Nice reception and lots of lovely staff. Tastefully decorated reception and lounge. Very small locker room and even smaller benches for changing at. The showers are a bit hit and miss but products are good quality. We enjoyed the Spa but there was too much time to wait between jets going back on. The pool is beautiful but short on relaxation beds. Our treatments were excellent! Best I've had. Lovely therapists too. The recovery room was too dark and smelled of sewage on the day we visited. Lunch is not in the hotel..in the Spa cafe which has no outlook at all. The food there was ok but quite average. The cafe is tiny and tables are too crammed together. Guests are in there in their robes and slider shoes. This doesn't feel like luxury at all.be aware that drinks are around £8 - £10+ and none are complementary. Parking is easy. Kohler Spa is not part of The Old Course. It was very busy when we went and a struggle in the changing room for a seat on the bench. Too many staff were interested changing room ..taking up room in the already cramped area. For a premium hotel and for the prices charged, this Spa needs to be better..but the staff are their best asset.

We were there on a package deal ( as I suspected was everyone else!). We were treated with the upmost kindness and shown directions, spa and how to work everything. The spa was spotless as were the changing rooms. Our massages were superb- shout out to Hazel! I knocked a point off for the uninspiring cafe. It was very “ plasticky” dull and boring compared to the seating area, spa and relaxation room. My sandwich order was wrong. The waitress apologised profusely. £3.50 for a can of Diet Coke is a rip off. We had a great time and would , most definitely, return to the spa and therapy rooms.

Lovely 2nd spa day this month with my daughters (after having had a lovely day a few weeks earlier with my husband). Great spa but a pity about the outdoor hot tub being out of use. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and the lunch was delicious.

Really enjoyed my visit to the spa. I had a 50 minute treatment with Claire. She was very friendly and welcoming. I felt extremely relaxed and refreshed. I also had a lovely lunch in the spa cafe. The food was delicious. I highly recommend a visit
