We were invited by a club member to make up a four ball on a wet Friday morning. Fortunately the weather improved and we enjoyed playing a match for the first 9 holes. On the tenth hole I was approached by a player three holes behind us who informed me (the only woman in the group) that we were holding... More

One of the stops on our St. Andrews golf trip included Lundin Links Golf Club. We booked for the afternoon, and when we arrived, we were greeted professionally by the golf staff, organized quickly and put out on the course without delay. The course was very playable and enjoyable, but testing to the average golfer. After the game was complete,... More

This is a true test of golf. The closing four holes into the wind are the toughest closing holes we've played in a long time. Well worth playing and I would definitely play here again. Staff in the club house were great and after a day in the cold December wind the bowl of soup was a nice winter warmer.... More

A great course, in fantastic condition. Challenging holes and wonderful views. Pro-shop very helpful including an emergency golf lesson! What a pity that the lady in the club-house was let down because, although we ordered food, she had to give all the money back because the kitchen larder was empty! The club lost out and it spoilt what had been... More

Lundin Links is half of the original Leven Links course of 1868. It is easier than Leven - I don't why but it is - and usually in excellent condition. Don't forget the Lundin Ladies golf course over the road. The ladies had to move there when Lundin separated from Leven and expanded their course.

Lundin Golf Club, near to St Andrews the ‘Home of Golf’, is well known as one of the great links courses in Scotland The course opened 1868, designed by Tom Morris and extensively redesigned by James Braid in 1909. Lundin Links was the second course our group of nine golfers played in Fife over a few days in late June. Arriving at the club is a treat in itself, with the whole course laid out in front of you. It looks, and is, dramatic to play, with large undulation, small greens that are hard to hit, deep bunkers ready... More
