To any golfer - this is the place - the Home of Golf! One of the oldest in existence and the course and the club mean so much to golf! Was a beautiful day for our visit.

This was a bucket list place for my husband who is not a regular golfer but has a love of the game. The landscape is beautiful but it's essentially part of the town of St. Andrews---just at the end of the street. You must pay...More

Having enjoyed our coffee and bacon buttie at the excellent, modern New Clubhouse before playing on the Jubilee Course, it was a great privilege to be invited by R&A Members to join for a drink in the main Clubhouse. We sat by the window on...More

the gift shop had lots to offer golfers visiting the birthplace of golf. However, you pay dearly for the privilege. But you may only visit once so bite the bullet and buy something to commemorate your visit. The items were of good quality.

Had an excellent day on the links yesterday, the old course was in excellent condition and we had a great time. Weather was great which obviously helped. If you ever get the chance to play the old course grab it with both hands 👍👍👍

Even if you are only a sometime golfer, there is something special about going back to the birthplace of golf. The gift shop is large and items are generally expensive, but you can pick up a golf hat for about $32. If you want to...More

They do offer tours from time to time but in truth it's not very interesting as it's fairly flat and barren. Not like perfectly crafted fairways has in the night states.
