Grant is simply amazing! We really enjoyed the two days we spent with him in the Highlands and Isle of Skye. We have had many tour guides in our travels, and what sets Grant apart is his kind consideration for the travelers, thoughtfulness, wonderful stories and love for his beautiful country. Grant really made our time in Scotland a special and memorable trip. Thank you! Looking forward to booking you again.

Responsive to get booked and showed up ahead of time! Very comfortable Mercedes and Grant the owner of 26 years is really personable and makes it a great day! He was super flexible with us in driving us for 9 hours down to London during the rail strikes. We so very much appreciated him helping us out! I totally wholeheartedly recommend him whether for a tour or transport. He sure helped save our vacation and is totally trustworthy and honest and dependable!

I wish I could name only one favorite thing about this tour… but the truth is it was ALL my favorite. This whole day was the best of my time in Scotland. I have done tours before but this was above and beyond. Grant was very knowledgeable about the area and if time allows will make little stops to show you hidden treasures. I had such a wonderful time soaking up the beautiful views of Scotland. The landscapes. The castles. The hidden gems. And my expert guide Grant was amazing. You’ll never regret booking any tours with them. I will come next year with family/friends and DEFINITELY book again. Cheers!

There service to the Open was impeccable. Jim Lindsey our driver was courteous and timely on our roundtrip excursion to and from St. Andrews from Edinburgh. The Mercedes van was clean and very comfortable.

AMAZING SERVICE!
Grant was fantastic, he was Prompt, professional and knowledgeable. We had the most fun! I would highly recommend booking with him. I wish we would have had time to book more days with him. It was the highlight of our trip!

Grant was a spectacular tour guide. His knowledge of the area and good humor gave us the time of our lives. He gave excellent advice, that never disappointed. For the nervous bookers, he is a very good communicator and will help you feel at ease.
I would seriously consider booking him for multiple days. Trust me, he knows what he is doing and will not let you down. Thank you Grant for one amazing and very memorable experience.

I was a bit nervous booking just from reading reviews and Facebook post, but I’m so glad I did.
My only regret was not booking Grant for 2-3 days instead of 6.5 hours.
He is amazing!! We were scheduled to be picked up at 12:30 and he was at the hotel by 12:15.
Drove us from Edinburgh to St. Andrews and there was never a quiet moment.
He planned out our afternoon perfectly so we were sure to get the most in!
Even played the Himalayas with us!
We loved every minute and would highly recommend booking with him.
We can’t wait to return one day and book again!

Fantastic service all around; can't recommend Grant and his drivers enough. Grant was very knowledgeable and personable. Great price for a private tour and he gave us a great impression of Scotland and its people. Will definitely try to book with him again when we return to Scotland!

Great experience! Needed a ride from St. Andrews to the Edinburgh airport and there were no problems getting there. Grant was friendly and accommodating. Would recommend for any travel needs!

Thank you for leaving a review, it was a pleasure to meet you both and i hope you made it back to America safely, tough times for all of us at the moment, at G&A Taxis we do strive to have excellent Covid precautions and the full screening that protects myself and my passengers, lets hope we can all get threw this and get back to some normality in 2022, i hope you come back to St Andrews in the future and visit us in a normal setting, good luck with your future venture and best of health to you and your family.
