The collections are intertesting historically and archaeologically speaking. As with most regional museums, the bet artefacts are snaffled by Edinburgh but there is a lot to enjoy here. The temporary exhibitions are well-curated and of wide-ranging arts.crafts subject matter to always worth visiting.

My husband is a golf fanatic and found this Museum very interesting. I must admit that even I, a non golfer, enjoyed reading about the history of the sport and its changes through the years.

The small museum is interesting, exhibitions are hosted on the first floor. The café on the ground floor offers a good range of cakes and main dishes, service is friendly and efficient, parking on site.
