Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had a great trip to the Erskine Bridge and back with Seaforce - 3 generations of the family ranging from age 6 to 82 - on a day that couldn’t have been any wetter! There was more water falling from the sky than what was in the Clyde, but Iain did his best to adjust the speed of the boat to protect us somewhat. He was extremely kind, helping everyone on/off the boat and kept checking that we were all ok as the rain battered down! It was great to see the Titan Crane and to go under the Erskine Bridge as far as Bowling. We all felt very safe throughout and would definitely do it again in the hope of the sun shining next time! A great experience for everyone.

What a fantastic time we had on this powerboat trip. It was a birthday gift from my daughter and I was unsure about it. However after I went on the boat I was so pleased that she had given me this gift.
Greg, the driver and owner of the boat company, met us at the gate of the platform and took us to the powerboat and gave us all our life jackets. He then seated us all and we were ready to go. My two Grandchildren were so excited.
Greg was very helpful and pleasant, and explained everything we needed to know before we left. We started our trip at Riverside museum and went up the Clyde towards city center going under many of the bridges, we then turned and went down to Braehead, then returned to Riverside museum. The ride was very fast, where appropriate, fast, slow bumpy at times and fantastic fun. We also saw seals that my Grandchildren loved. Would thoroughly recommend this trip. I'm Giving the trip and Greg 5 STARS

Excellent treat for the summer holidays. Everyone loved it even my 10year old boy whom was extremely nervous and was put at ease by Gregor. 2 adults 2x12year olds 1x10year old. Paired with a visit to the transport museum.

I took the RYA powerboat 2 course with Gregor in May this year. I have to say he was both interesting and enthusiastic about teaching the course. Despite the fact I have ADHD and my short term memory recall is a struggle ( surely an understatement) he was equally patient...and gave me extra time as needed. Rest assured you will also be well looked after with tea and biscuits between breaks. I followed up, the remaining part of the course and the VHF Radio exam with Iain. He is super kind and a patient instructor too. He is fun, yet serious, when required. After all, you want to enjoy the course but when your powering down the Clyde you have to be aware of the traffic around you. Thanks Seaforce Powerboats!

We all had the best day on the Doughnuts on the Clyde experience. 2 adults and two kids (age 4, 8 & 10) and we all absolutely loved it, honestly can’t recommend it enough! Amazing experience seeing the sights of the city from the water. We will definitely be back for another adventure!

Hello. I will be visiting Glasgow with my 2 adult sons on Friday June 2 and Saturday June 3, 2017. We would like to take the Dumbarton river excursion with Seaforce. Can you tell me please if it is available on either of these days, what time it starts and finishes, how long it will be at Dumbarton as we'd like to explore the castle and peak, and what the cost would be. My age is 68 and my boys are in their 30s. I tried several times to visit the Seaforce website but there is an error message about "authentication." Thanks for your assistance.

Hi thank you for the message our website is up and working again. The Dumbarton ride it is 3 hours duration. We run then is we have enough passengers to make the run. The best idea is to give a call when you arrive and we can advise you better if we do have enough passengers to make the trip. If the weather is good it is likely that it will go ahead.
Thank you again.
regards
Greg
