Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The trip was amazing. We booked private for 8 people and it was well worth it at less than £12.50 each . Such an adrenaline rush its the first we have all laughed like that together in a long time. Thanks for a great day in the sun!

We booked the Erskine Express for a family trip and it was excellent. We had such a great time and Greg our skipper was professional and really friendly.
He adapted our trip slightly due to rough waters which was really appreciated.
The price is very decent for the six person ride and I'd highly recommend it for a gift or just as a great way to spend an afternoon with friends/family!
Seaforce have a range of different packages - you can even get coffee and doughnuts as part of one of them! They also offer some great training packages too.
I'd advise water proof jacket and sunglasses!
Great service. Will definitely be back.

Had an amazing “Clyde Ride” adventure. Greg was very good, adapting the route to show us departing cruise liners and spent time explaining landmarks on route. Fast boat and a great thrill but made to feel totally safe at all times. Look forward to re-booking for the Dumbarton adventure!
Thanks.
Thanks.

Just back from a family birthday treat to Dumbarton. Eight of us ,6 in their 60s , what a day !!
Gregor was very professional with an indepth safety briefing , putting a few scared minds at ease.
Sped down Clyde hitting the wake of another boat , which was really fun especially as the screams of the women rendered poor Gregor with tinnitus !!
Reached Dumbarton and had a quick pint in a beer garden less than 25 yds from boat , reboarded about 45 mins later for return journey.
Gregor entertained with a few high speed donuts on the return leg.
Couldnt fault our day and was really interesting seeing the River Clyde and Glasgow from a different perspective , especially going under the Erskine Bridge.
So glad that we have done it , cannot fault the value for money , an experience not to be missed.
If you are looking for something different to do for a special occasion or just want an exciting thrill , I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Just completed the 2 day RYA Powerboat Level II course at Seaforce and cannot sing their praises enough!
Super relaxed atmosphere, Greg and Brian really friendly, knowledgeable and patient guys and put a complete novice like myself at ease at all times.
Parts of the practical boat handling on the RIB flying along the lower Clyde are a total blast and the course overall is very comprehensive and super competitively priced
Luckily had super weather into the bargain.
Thanks guys!

EPIC trip All of it was EXCELLENT
Zooming up and down the river clyde on a speedboat was the best 20mins of our time here in Glasgow. I would not hesitate to recommend this trip to others and we will hopefully do it again before our return journey back to England. The people who run this company are extremely friendly.
We took another fella on the boat with us who was in Glasgow to renew his passport, he was given a free Chinese and shared it with us so offered him a seat on our boat. Nice2bNice.

We booked ‘The Clyde Ride’ speedboat trip with Seaforce powerboats. It was such a fun way to celebrate a special occasion. Our boat driver Ian was so friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. He made sure we understood the safety brief and how to operate the life vests. He zoomed us up and down the river, regularly checking our comfort and pointing out interesting sites. I highly recommend this trip

Would highly recommend this fabulous family activity, Both my sons 14 & 11 absolutely loved this experience in particular seeing the shipyards, a great way to see Glasgow.
Greg could not have been anymore helpful & made the trip down the Clyde most enjoyable. We will def book again.

Went on the Erskine trip and it was utterly amazing. We were lucky with the weather as the sun was out for the whole trip. I would highly recommend going. We had a couple of issues getting booked up but every time I had to contact by email or phone they were extremely prompt at replying. I would advise if taking children take gloves as my wee ones hands got really cold. Just the benefits of Scotland! Thanks again for an amazing trip

We all had the best day on the Doughnuts on the Clyde experience. 2 adults and two kids (age 4, 8 & 10) and we all absolutely loved it, honestly can’t recommend it enough! Amazing experience seeing the sights of the city from the water. We will definitely be back for another adventure!

Hello. I will be visiting Glasgow with my 2 adult sons on Friday June 2 and Saturday June 3, 2017. We would like to take the Dumbarton river excursion with Seaforce. Can you tell me please if it is available on either of these days, what time it starts and finishes, how long it will be at Dumbarton as we'd like to explore the castle and peak, and what the cost would be. My age is 68 and my boys are in their 30s. I tried several times to visit the Seaforce website but there is an error message about "authentication." Thanks for your assistance.

Hi thank you for the message our website is up and working again. The Dumbarton ride it is 3 hours duration. We run then is we have enough passengers to make the run. The best idea is to give a call when you arrive and we can advise you better if we do have enough passengers to make the trip. If the weather is good it is likely that it will go ahead.
Thank you again.
regards
Greg
