My children always have a ball, the only issue i have is the price of a standard jump (1hr). I do think its overpriced for an hour. We would visit more if it was cheaper.

Was in the place 5 minutes and this is what happened, still waiting on health and safety no one returned emails, call only 1 staff per 20 children which is against the law. I’m taking this further

Gravity in braehead is much better and much cheaper. Everything was quite chaotic with several easy ways for a young kid to disappear due to the layout. The cappuccino was a cup of warm milk for 3 quid. One of the worst I've ever had....More

As has already been said there's no play area for babies /toddlers. There is a lift so you can get your buggy up to the cafe but I wouldn't eat the food. Its utterly disgusting.
